"INTENSE" Training Programs

Training programs are currently being marketed on television as intense or insane. A training program only will work if you are able to follow it over the course of time. You can have the most intense program in the world but if you are not conditioned enough to follow it whats the point? Conditioning is built up over time and an exercise program will take time time to show results given the initial condition of the individual.

squatting technique

Their is a lot of controversy in power lifting over squat depth. It is no big secret what constitutes a full squat. A squat that was considered "legal depth" in the 60s or 70s should be what is still considered a legal squat in power lifting competition in 2010. People can fool themselves but a full squat is still a full squat and activates the most muscle tissue.
